Quick tutorial how to use instant mold

You will need hot water, container to hold your water, tool on some sort to pick instant mold and some paper tissue or towel to wipe the water off.

Heat the water up

Pour it in container

In goes the instant mold

Let it soak in hot water until its soft

Pick it up and wipe excessive water off

Push it in to the object you want to replicate

Leave it to harden

Carefully take off the master part

Fill with greenstuff, milliput, etc

Leave it to harden

Interceptors wip

Here is sneak peak of converted interceptors. I decided to use nemesis force falcion to represent the nemesis force sword just because of the smaller size. Only needs few touchups and new shouldpads and they are ready for painting

Instant mold take 1

My first take on using instant mold. Its pretty easy to aquire, i just ordered from ebay and few days later it arrived. Basically you put the instant mold in hot water and then push it to the object you want to duplicate.

Rhino door, very easy to dublicate. Only add hot water

I messed up this piece because i was too impatient

Conclusion: very nice and easy way to replicate parts. Just need to wait for greenstuff to harden itself. I left the shoulderpad for overnight. Going to test this with milliput next.
